Based on Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the withdrawal from a contract concluded online, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason (except for the exceptions specified in Article 6.22810(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania).

The amount paid, including the delivery costs paid by the buyer, must be refunded no later than 14 days from the day of the buyer’s notice of withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are received.

Defective goods are returned in accordance with the cases and procedures specified in the legal acts.

When returning quality goods, the following conditions must be met:

  • The returned item must be in its original, tidy packaging.
  • The item must not be damaged or used by the Buyer.
  • The item must retain its commercial appearance (untorn labels, unremoved protective film).
  • Goods purchased from sources other than the Seller or those damaged intentionally or due to negligence are not returnable.
  • The returned item must be in the same condition as received by the buyer, and any gifts, product samples, etc., received with the purchase must also be returned.
  • The cost of returning quality goods is borne by the person returning the goods.

The request to return goods must be made by the buyer by contacting info@sip4skin.com and filling out the return form sent to them.

For returning defective goods, the buyer must complete the “Return Form,” which they receive by contacting the seller at info@sip4skin.com, and send the completed and signed scanned “Return Form” via email. The buyer sends this form to info@sip4skin.com along with the proof of purchase. These documents can also be attached to the returned goods shipment.

The Seller will refund the purchase price of the returned item to the buyer’s account specified in the return form no later than 14 days from the day the item is returned. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct bank account details. Refunds are made only by bank transfer; cash transactions are not performed.

If the item is returned to the Seller due to the Buyer’s fault of providing an incorrect or inaccurate address, or if the item is returned to the Seller without being collected from the parcel locker within the maximum storage period, the Buyer must pay the costs of redelivery to the Seller. If the item was returned from a parcel locker or courier, the Buyer must also cover the return costs. If the Buyer refuses to accept the reshipment (i.e., requests a refund for the goods), the shipping costs are not refunded.
